This 3-session special gives you a savings of $141! Through a combination of Hypnosis, Coaching, Nutritional Counseling I guide you through both practical and emotional tools so you can start feeling better about yourself today. What would help you to feel better in your own skin? Would you benefit from reduced anxiety & cravings, balanced weight, increased confidence, or better moods. Let's make it happen! Each session is 90 min so we have the time to dive deep. The first session is offered virtually, and subsequent sessions can be either virtual or in-person.
